[Company legal name, e.g. Zuvo (Pty) Ltd — or your own name if trading as a sole proprietor], registration number [20XX/XXXXXX/07 — omit this if not yet registered], of [registered or trading address, South Africa] ("Zuvo", "we", "us") operates the Zuvo service described at this website (the "Service").
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to sign up. You're responsible for the accuracy of the account and business information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models; overload or disrupt the Service; or resell raw access to the Service without our written agreement.
You keep ownership of the business content you submit (documents, prompts, policies). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zuvo generates responses using Claude, a large language model provided by Anthropic, PBC, under a commercial API agreement between Zuvo and Anthropic. Anthropic does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for Zuvo as a product, and Zuvo is not affiliated with Anthropic. AI-generated output can be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing anything you send to your own customers before relying on it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuvo's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (for example, liability for gross negligence or fraud).
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties; if not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the South African courts having jurisdiction.
